In order to maintain our high level of service and quality for our wholesale customers, the following guidelines apply:

Terms

All customers must establish a qualified wholesale COD or Credit Line account two or more days prior to any purchases. 

We offer terms of 1% 10 Days, Net 30 to qualified wholesale customers.  For those who do not take advantage of the discount invoices are due within 30 days.

To keep our prices competitive we accept Cash or Check for payment.

Delivery Charges

Orders of $500.00 or more can be delivered in our delivery area free of charge. Orders less than $500.00 are subject to a $40.00 delivery charge.

We apply a $14.00 fuel surcharge to all delivered orders.

Your wholesale orders are important to us however, orders under $100 may be subject to a $40 small order fee.

Return & Credit Policy

We guarantee your complete satisfaction.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, call us within 24 hours of delivery and we will pick it up and replace it or refund your money.

For all other returns please contact City Desk or your Territory Manager with requests for return product no later than 30 days after receipt of material.

Material may be inspected by Territory Manager prior to written authorization for return.  Material must be unaltered in its original state to receive credit, no cuts, rips, markings, etc.

Returns may be subject to a 15% restock charge

Custom Selection Requests

In order to maintain the integrity of our lumber and plywood supply, we have the following in place to fulfill your needs.

            Your custom selection requests are welcomed. 

                       * Custom Selection Charge for lumber: 

                                    100 BF minimum charge is $40.00

                                    Orders over 100 BF will be $0.40 per BF.

                                    Lumber will be priced accordingly

                        *Custom Selection Charge for sheet stock

                                    For those times when you need to pick a sheet of plywood to fit your needs we will provide an employee to help you sort through our stock.

                                    Minimum charge of $20.00

                                    Hourly charge of $40.00 for ILP employee 

Milling Services

We can straight line and surface your lumber and with ExpressShip we will get it to you next day guaranteed, within the 60 mile delivery radius.

Straight-Line One Edge – .07 cents per BF

Surface Two Sides - .09 cents per BF

200 BF minimum

Quantities less than 200 BF will be subject to a minimum charge.

Hours of Operation

Our City Desk is available from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday.

You may will call product between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
