Established in 1948, we’re a wholesale distributor in North Minneapolis, looking for the next addition to our team of lumber & plywood experts!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable
  • Process, compile and post customer payments
  • Manage petty cash & reconcile the cash box
  • Prepare deposit(s) for the bank
  • Daily review of accounts for collection calls/email/letters
  • Review & manage account holds
  • Send out customer invoices & statements
  • Complete billing error credits
  • Process customer applications
  • Handle customer account setup & maintenance
• City Desk (Inside Sales/CSR)
  • Answer incoming calls with a smile
  • Have a thorough understanding of the products we stock
  • Enter orders, quotes and returns that come in via phone, walk-in, e-mail & fax
  • Handle customer questions and concerns

• Full-time: Mon-Thurs 7:30-4:30 & Fri 7:30-2:00
