Cash On Delivery (COD) Application

To keep our prices competitive, we prefer cash or check for payment. If you choose to use a debit/credit card, you will lose the 2.5% cash/check discount currently reflected in your pricing.

As a wholesaler, we establish business relationships with full time companies that have registered with the state.  You must have your Registration File # in order to complete our application.

Note: please allow at least 3 business days for processing. An email will be sent to confirm the approval status of your application.
