To apply for credit with Industrial Lumber & Plywood, Inc., please complete the following online form.

As a wholesaler, we establish business relationships with full time companies that have registered with the state.  You must have your Registration File # in order to complete our application.

Note: please allow at least 3 to 5 business days for processing. An email will be sent to confirm the approval status of your application.
